Instantly sells sending and data separately. Outreach plans start at $47 a month for 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month, or $37.60 a month on yearly billing. Instantly Credits, which pay for leads and enrichment from its database, start at $9 a month for 150 credits, or $47 for 1,500 on the plans the pricing page shows. Domains, email accounts, a CRM and inbox placement tests are priced separately.
Instantly's pricing page shows one price per plan, but sending, lead data, domains and email accounts are each priced separately. This page sets out each part as Instantly lists it, where its pages disagree, and what one sender's first year could add up to.
We make Buena, a different kind of outreach tool that some readers compare with Instantly, so read this as a vendor's explainer. Every figure comes from Instantly's own pricing page, help center and terms, checked on October 1, 2026.
Outreach plans: sending
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Uploaded contacts | Emails a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $47 a month | $37.60 a month | 1,000 | 5,000 |
| Hypergrowth | $97 a month | $77.60 a month | 25,000 | 125,000 on the monthly card; 100,000 on the yearly card |
| Light Speed | $358 a month | $286.30 a month | 100,000 | 500,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | More than 100,000 | More than 500,000 |
Every Outreach plan lists unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup. The page shows yearly prices per month, with no annual total and no discount percentage; by its listed prices, yearly billing is about 20% less on each plan. That arithmetic is ours.
The uploaded-contact limit is a fixed total across all your campaigns, not a monthly allowance, and Instantly says it counts contacts in paused and draft campaigns too. When you need more volume, Instantly's pricing summary says you move up a plan rather than pay an overage, although its terms allow it to invoice overages in arrears.
Instantly's pages disagree on two points. Hypergrowth's email volume is 125,000 a month on the monthly card and in the help center, but 100,000 on the yearly card and in the page's feature table. And the pricing page's feature table leaves A/Z testing, API access and a global block list off Growth, while the help center's plan comparison lists all three as included, and the pricing summary lists basic A/Z testing on Growth and API access on every plan. Inviting team members starts at Hypergrowth, and each workspace needs its own subscription.
Instantly Credits: leads and enrichment
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nano | $9 a month; not on the pricing page | Not listed | 150 |
| Growth | $47 a month | $37.60 a month | 1,500 to 2,000 |
| Supersonic | $97 a month | $87.30 a month | 5,000 to 7,500 |
| Hyper Credits | From $197 a month | From $177.30 a month | 10,000 to 200,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | More than 200,000 |
The pricing page shows each plan's starting price beside a range of credits. The help center prices the top of each range separately: 2,000 Growth credits cost $77 a month, 7,500 Supersonic credits $147, and Hyper runs from $197 for 10,000 credits to $1,700 for 200,000.
The help center describes yearly credits as a 10% discount with all credits upfront. By the pricing page's listed prices, Supersonic and Hyper Credits are 10% less on yearly billing and Growth credits 20% less; that arithmetic is ours.
- What a credit buys. A verified work email costs 1 credit from Instantly's own data or 2 from its data partners, with no charge if none is found. Full profile, job, technology, news and funding enrichment cost 0.5 credits per lead, lead verification 0.25, and Instantly's AI agents 5 credits per reply or enriched lead.
- When credits expire. The help center says 2 months after purchase on monthly plans and 1 year on annual plans. Instantly's terms say credits can be used only within the timeframe set at purchase, and that unused credits are lost if you cancel.
- A separate subscription. Credits do not include sending. With credits and no Outreach plan, you can upload only 250 leads to campaigns.
Add-ons, domains and email accounts
- Outreach add-on: $87 a month for 25,000 more uploaded contacts and 125,000 more emails a month, on Hypergrowth and Light Speed. The help center says add-ons stack.
- Instantly Credits add-on: $425 a month for 50,000 credits, on Hyper Credits and above.
- Domains: $15 a year each.
- Email accounts: $10 a month for each pre-warmed Google account, sold in batches of 5; $5 a month for each done-for-you Google account, up to 5 per domain; $4 a month for each done-for-you Airmail account. Without an Outreach plan, these accounts are paused after the trial. Instantly keeps ownership of the domains and accounts it provides and says it cannot transfer them to you.
- CRM: the plans overview lists Growth CRM at $47 a month and Hyper CRM at $97, while the CRM article says both come with unlimited seats for a flat $97 a month.
- Inbox placement tests: $47 a month for unlimited one-time tests, or $97 for one-time and automated tests.
What one sender's first year could add up to
As an example, take one sender on Growth Outreach with Growth credits, one domain and five done-for-you Google accounts. Your setup may need more accounts, or none if you connect your own.
| Item | Billed monthly, 12 months | Billed yearly, 12 months |
|---|---|---|
| Growth Outreach | $564 | $451.20 |
| Growth credits, 1,500 a month | $564 | $451.20 |
| One domain | $15 | $15 |
| Five done-for-you Google accounts at $5 a month | $300 | $300 |
| Total | $1,443 | $1,217.40 |
These totals are our arithmetic from Instantly's listed prices. Instantly's terms say its fees exclude sales and other taxes and are in US dollars, and its help center says it accepts payment by debit or credit card through Stripe.
Free trial, changing plans and refunds
- Free trial: 14 days, starting when you sign up, with no credit card. It includes up to 2 email accounts, 250 leads, 1,000 emails and 100 Instantly credits. Instantly says there are no automatic charges afterwards, and a trial account that is not upgraded is automatically deleted. Instantly lists no free plan; neither does Buena, which has no trial either.
- Upgrading: Outreach, CRM and inbox placement upgrades are prorated. Credits upgrades charge the full price of the new plan and start a new billing cycle.
- Downgrading: an Outreach downgrade takes effect immediately, and the help center says unused time becomes a credit on future invoices, although the terms say there are no refunds or credits of any kind, prorated included. A credits downgrade takes effect at the end of the cycle.
- Cancelling: Outreach and credits plans run to the end of the billing cycle, while a CRM or inbox placement plan cancelled alongside other plans ends immediately. Add-ons are cancelled through chat support before the renewal date. You cannot pause a subscription, and each workspace and subscription is cancelled separately.
- Refunds: Instantly's terms say “ALL FEES PAID UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE”, with no refund for a started month or year, and that you may not re-subscribe to the same paid monthly plan within 21 days.
How this compares with Buena
Instantly and Buena both lead to outreach, but they charge for different things. Instantly charges for sending volume, uploaded contacts and data credits, and you write the message, with its AI writing tools if you use them. Buena is one membership at $97/month plus applicable tax for one member: 500 researched prospects and 500 verified work-email reveals a month, with extra reveals in $29 packs of 250. Your AI service is billed separately by your provider.
On price alone, Instantly's Growth Outreach plan costs less than Buena's membership, and Growth Outreach with Growth credits lists at $94 a month together, before domains and accounts; that sum is ours. If you send at volume from many accounts, Instantly is the better fit. If you want fewer prospects, each researched for a reason to reach out, with a verified work email and a drafted message you review, that is what Buena covers. Our cold email subject lines guide covers the first line either way.
